This beautiful herbaceous pizza is a cult classic for us here at Barchetta!!! We’re always awaiting the arrival of early summer for local farmers to start bringing us their green garlic hauls. Less than a week always!!! We are bringing back the much loved and ever popular popup next Tuesday 4/28/26 from noon onwards. New Bean dish just dropped at Barchetta.
Scarlet Runner beans from a beautiful bean farm in Napa California called (they grow the best beans in the whole wide world!!!), we cook the beans with bacon fat, brown sugar, onions, garlic, and sherry vinegar. We top it off with some goat cheese, cilantro oil and freshly chopped parsley. Hearty and filling this side will blow your mind, you never knew you wanted beans alongside your pizza until now! 🫘🫘🫘

We are closing for a couple hours this upcoming Sunday 4/12/26 from 2-4pm for an all staff meeting. We will be open for before and afterwards but for those 2 hours the dining room will be closed and we won’t be accepting takeout or delivery orders.

Clam Pie- clam cream sauce, mozz, chopped clams, fresh and roasted garlic, parm, parsley and lemon

Dandy Lion- tomato sauce, fresh mozz, mascarpone, Calabrian chili, black pepper, parm and arugula

New Pizza just dropped in time for Easter this weekend. We’ll only be running this pie this week so come on through and get it before it’s gone.
Kaleidoscopic- mozzarella & jellybeans
We gathered and curated only the finest jelly beans, some from California in the jelly belly factory. Had to add the classic Brachs Easter special beans and some new sweet tart variants that we had to add to the bunch.
