Spinello- extra tomato sauce, green garlic confit, parsley, chive, basil, tarragon and pecorino romano.

This beautiful herbaceous pizza is a cult classic for us here at Barchetta!!! We’re always awaiting the arrival of early summer for local farmers to start bringing us their green garlic hauls. We then transform this bounty into the delicious green garlic confit that crowns this masterpiece of a dish. Come on through and grab a Spinello, you won’t regret your decision 🌿🌿🌿

Less than a week always!!! We are bringing back the much loved and ever popular popup next Tuesday 4/28/26 from noon onwards. This concept was created by Philly native and resident pizza maker extraordinaire here at Barchetta. We will be slinging sandwiches, cannolis, beeeeers, and a couple other goodies all day long! Mark it in your calendar and swing on through to get yourself some delicious lunch.

Farro Out, Man has returned to the menu at Barchetta. Farro is an ancient grain with lots of fiber and protein and is delicious as heck especially when paired with peas, asparagus and our zesty farm dressing rounded out with a bit of arugula. This will be your new favorite salad!

New Bean dish just dropped at Barchetta.
Scarlet Runner beans from a beautiful bean farm in Napa California called (they grow the best beans in the whole wide world!!!), we cook the beans with bacon fat, brown sugar, onions, garlic, and sherry vinegar. We top it off with some goat cheese, cilantro oil and freshly chopped parsley. Hearty and filling this side will blow your mind, you never knew you wanted beans alongside your pizza until now! 🫘🫘🫘

We are closing for a couple hours this upcoming Sunday 4/12/26 from 2-4pm for an all staff meeting. We will be open for before and afterwards but for those 2 hours the dining room will be closed and we won’t be accepting takeout or delivery orders.

Clam Pie- clam cream sauce, mozz, chopped clams, fresh and roasted garlic, parm, parsley and lemon

Dandy Lion- tomato sauce, fresh mozz, mascarpone, Calabrian chili, black pepper, parm and arugula

These are the two wolves inside me, one is a lion one is a clam.

New Pizza just dropped in time for Easter this weekend. We’ll only be running this pie this week so come on through and get it before it’s gone.
Kaleidoscopic- mozzarella & jellybeans
We gathered and curated only the finest jelly beans, some from California in the jelly belly factory. Had to add the classic Brachs Easter special beans and some new sweet tart variants that we had to add to the bunch.
