We love playing with different variations of sangria at The Cottage—seasonal flavors, fresh ingredients, and a little something different every time. If you’ve been loving our current pour, get it while you can!

As the sunshine starts slipping away and those crisp PNW evenings settle in, we’ll be saying goodbye to sangria and welcoming back one of our cold-weather favorites: Glühwein! 🍷🔥

When the short ribs hit the table and you simply CANNOT contain your excitement! 🤤
That face says it ALL! Our Kalbi Braised Beef Short Ribs are bringing the flavor with truffle cauliflower purée, honey-ginger carrots, and our irresistible kalbi sauce. Tender, savory, and absolutely worth getting excited about!
