HAPPY SATURDAY, MY PEEPS! Let the weekend begin!

Today’s featured dish is one you definitely don’t want to overlook…

VALDOSTANA

Your choice of chicken or veal, sautéed in a light lemon white wine butter sauce, topped with spinach, prosciutto di Parma and fontina cheese, then baked. Served with your choice of homemade pasta……this customer went with pappardelle, made to order! It literally does not get any fresher than that.

The sauce is light, lemony and SO good! Pair it with a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc, and of course… always save room for a slice of toasted almond amaretto cake and a double espresso. Now THAT is how you do Saturday!

I swung by the restaurant last night and outdoor dining was in full effect …..tables were full, people were happy, and I have to say, it made my night. Nothing better than seeing people enjoying themselves, eating good food and making memories with us. Literally on the streets of good old East Boston!!

FRI-YAYYYYY MY PEEPS! We made it!

We interrupt this family’s dinner to bring you a pure shot of DELICIOUSNESS!

No matter what you’re craving, we’ve got you covered! Maybe it’s a simple Chicken Parm, some Vongole, Veal Marsala, or an overflowing dish of homemade pasta… WE GOT YOU!

And if you happen to get stuck between two dishes… well, that’s a good problem to have! Take your time, go over the menu AND the daily specials, and I’m pretty sure you’ll find something calling your name.

And remember, everything is made to order! Want something added in?? Taken out?? Made a certain way? Just let your server know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

HAPPY THURSDAY, MY PEEPS!
Let’s do this…one more day till the weekend!!

Nothing wrong with starting things off with a quick little appetizer or two….

BRUSCHETTA!
Toasted Italian bread rubbed with garlic, smothered with fresh hothouse tomatoes and basil, then drizzled with EVOO. Simple, fresh and SO good!

And since we’re talking appetizers…this next one is good to the very last bite…

FRIED CALAMARI!
Tubes and tentacles, not just fried, but then flash sautéed with garlic and EVOO, tossed with spicy banana pepper rings and served! When calamari is done right, there’s nothing better…and ours is DONE RIGHT! IYKYK.

We probably have about a month and a half left of outdoor dining before the good ol’ New England weather forces us to break it all down…so let’s make the most of it while we can!

We’re halfway there… let’s do this!

Today’s featured dish is almost too pretty to eat… almost!

Australian Rack of Lamb…pan-seared, oven-roasted, and finished with a pistachio crusted cherry balsamic glaze. Served with Chef Tony’s famous potato croquettes and asparagus.

This dish looks like a work of art, but trust me… it tastes even better! So, so good. IYKYK!

It’s Tuesday, my peeps… let’s do this!

Today’s featured dish is
Veal Chop Parmigiana …pounded, Panko-crusted, sauced, topped with mozzarella cheese, and baked! Served with your choice of pasta…
And I always suggest gnocchi!

Making me hungry already, and I haven’t even finished my morning coffee.

HAPPY MONDAY MORNING MY PEEPS… WE’RE BACK!!

Vacation was GREAT, but now it’s back to work and back to doing what we love! We missed you guys!

Today’s feature is a good one… Shrimp Scampi, done two ways!

As an appetizer, served with toasted bread points for dunking up every last drop of that sauce… OR as an entrée served over our homemade linguine, made to order I may add!

Garlic, EVOO, shrimp and a sauce that is just yum yum good!! I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again…we make a killer scampi sauce!! Come dine with us, give it a try and let me know what you think!
