BRUSCHETTA…….

People always ask us… “Why is your bruschetta SO good?”

Is it the bread? Nope… just good old French bread toasted and rubber with garlic!
Is it the tomatoes? Fresh, ripe tomatoes definitely help.
The basil? Fresh basil always makes a difference.

But the real secret?
A quality extra virgin olive oil ties it all together and makes every bite pop.

Not gonna lie, I wasn’t feeling very creative this morning, but then I came across this pic, and here we are!

PAPPARDELLE CON FUNGHI…….

Homemade pappardelle pasta sautéed with porcini mushrooms and finished in a delicious brandy cream sauce!

Now listen, this picture does this dish NO justice! The flavor of those porcini mushrooms mixed with that brandy cream sauce is so freaking good!

If you’re ever craving this dish and don’t see it on our specials, JUST ASK! Chef Tony will make it happen!

Today’s featured dish is one of those dishes that just NEVER disappoints!

RINO’S SPECIAL…..

Veal, chicken AND shrimp sautéed with a wild mushrooms… shiitake, oyster and porcini! All finished in a rich, creamy brandy sauce that’s so freaking good!!! IYKYK

Served over your choice of homemade pasta! This customer went with our homemade rigatoni…..GOOD CHOICE!!

The pasta, the mushrooms, the sauce, the whole combination… PURE MADNESS!

FRI-YAYYYY MY PEEPS!! WE MADE IT!!

The weekend is knocking and it’s another beautiful day in the neighborhood! Let’s do this!!

Today’s featured dish… VEAL CARROZZELLA……

Tender veal topped with little puffs of egg-battered, fried fresh mozzarella, baked and finished in a lemon white w**e sage sauce!

Not feeling the veal? No worries, my peeps! We can do it with chicken or shrimp, too!

This customer knew exactly what they were doing! They upgraded to a side of homemade pasta and chose NOCCHIS!

YES, MY PEEPS, NOCCHIS!! Before the pasta police come after me, that’s how I say it! For those who need a little translation… GNOCCHI!!

And of course, I suggested our red sauce and he went with it!!

A little of this, a little of that, and a whole lot of deliciousness!!

Topped with a fresh arugula salad, dressed with lemon and EVOO! Light, fresh and oh so good! For those days when you feel like being a little healthy!

Now we’re talking! Smothered in our San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked until bubbly! Served over your choice of homemade pasta! And, who’s counting calories?!?

Happy Hump Day my peeps! Halfway to the weekend… let’s do this!

Today we’re talking GNOCCHI… little homemade pillows of goodness made right here in house daily!

Tossed in our fresh plum tomato sauce, then topped with fresh mozzarella and baked!! And of course, a little Parmigiano Reggiano on top because… why wouldn’t you?!

Simple, homemade and SO freaking good.
