旨さと食べやすさを追求しながら、それを可能な限り手頃な価格で提供するための、緻密な工夫と徹底した品質管理。その実現を支える組織体制にも、ただただ脱帽です。絶え間ないイノベーションへの挑戦は、もはや芸術の域。千葉県拠点の松岡水産さんや甲印小西商店さんの水産加工品を通じて、「突き詰めれば、シンプルに行き着く」ことの本質を学びました。
今回は、我々のお店で試食会を開催させていただく機会にも恵まれ、実際にその魅力を多くのお客様と共有することができました。どうもありがとうございました。

We were blown away by the quality of seafood products from Matsuoka Suisan and Kōjirushi Konishi Shoten from Chiba, Japan. Delicious, easy to enjoy, and offered at a fair price—all thanks to their incredible attention to detail, quality control, and nonstop innovation. It’s truly an art form.
Their work reminded us of a powerful truth: the more you refine something, the simpler and more beautiful it becomes.
We were lucky to host a tasting event at our restaurant and share these amazing products with our guests. Big thank you to everyone involved!
