Steak Bomb.com — Maine Family Farms shredded strip steak, caramelized onions, mozzarella, Cabot American cheese, fresh herbs & garlic oil. Finished with a hot & sweet pepper relish made with Fresno peppers from Kitchen Garden Farms in Sunderland, MA.

Now, This Is a Work of Art-ichoke — rosemary mashed potatoes from Next Barn Over, fontina, mozzarella, marinated artichokes, white onions & whipped ricotta with sage candied in Vermont maple syrup and Frontier black peppercorn. Finished with Grana Padano.
