Some grazing tables just hold a little extra special place in my heart.🥹

I've had the honor of creating so many grazing tables for this beautiful family over the years. From celebrating their daughters' bridal showers, to baby showers, and now here we are celebrating their grandchildren's birthdays!😭

HOW SPECIAL IS THAT?!

I've literally watched this family grow through so many beautiful milestones, and somehow I've been lucky enough to be a small part of all of them.

This is exactly what I mean when I say my clients are so much more than just clients to me. It's the relationships we build, the trust you place in me, and the fact that you continue to welcome me back to celebrate life's most precious moments.

You could choose anyone, but year after year, you continue to choose me. And I hope you know just how much that means to me.🥹

I may create grazing tables for a living, but it's the people and the relationships that make what I do so incredibly special.

I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to my incredible clients.❤️

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m a people person. I love getting to know people, hearing their stories, sharing laughs, and building genuine connections. And one of the biggest blessings of running this business has been the wonderful people I've met along the way.

I can't even begin to tell you how many incredible people I've met throughout this journey. Some of you have been with me for years. You've invited me into your homes, trusted me with your weddings, birthdays, celebrations, and some of the most important moments in your lives. You've referred me to your friends, families, and colleagues, and you've continued to show up for my little business in ways you probably don't even realize.

And somewhere along the way, so many of you have become more than just clients. You've become friends.❤️

I always speak so highly of my clients because I truly mean it when I say I have some of the kindest, most thoughtful, and supportive people in my corner.

The sweet messages, thoughtful reviews, hugs when I arrive at events, familiar faces, and the excitement of seeing each other again. Those are the things I carry with me long after the last board is made.

Of course, I love creating beautiful food, but the relationships I've built with all of you are what make this business so special to me.

So thank you for trusting me, for believing in my work, for recommending me to others, and most importantly, for being such genuinely wonderful humans.

I hope you know that I appreciate you just as much as you appreciate my work, if not more.

My art may be what brought us together, but it's the people behind every order that make me love what I do.

Almost ten years later, I still feel so lucky that something I started out of love has connected me with so many amazing people.

And I wouldn't trade that for anything.

Allow me to reintroduce myself.✨

I’m Channy, the girl behind The Charcuterie Mama.

What started as something I simply loved doing has turned into one of the biggest blessings of my life. And when I look back at this journey, I realize it was never really just about charcuterie.

It’s always been about the people.

The clients who became friends. The people who have booked me over and over again. The ones who recommend my business when I’m not even in the room. The people who share my work, tag me, send me encouraging messages, celebrate my wins, check on me during the hard times, and continue to show up for me and my business.

Some of you have been here since the very beginning. Some of you just found me recently. And somehow, this little business has created a community of people I probably never would have met otherwise.

That means more to me than I could ever explain.

I’ve been given opportunities I once only dreamed about, worked with incredible people and brands, and walked into rooms I never imagined I would be in.

But the best part has been the relationships I’ve built along the way.

The hugs when I walk into an event. The familiar faces. The clients who feel more like family now. The friends who tell everyone they know about my business. The people who remind me to keep going when I’m having one of those days.

You guys have loved me and supported this business through every version of it.

And I never take that for granted.

There have been busy seasons, slow seasons, amazing days and days where I questioned everything. But somehow, there has always been someone reminding me why I started.

Community really is everything to me.

Supporting each other. Rooting for each other. Opening doors for each other. Being kind. Making people feel welcome. Making sure there’s always room for one more person at the table.

So when I look at The Charcuterie Mama today, I don’t just see something I built.

I see all of you in it.

You have all been such a huge part of this story.

Thank you for loving me and supporting The Charcuterie Mama the way you do.

Sometimes I have to pause and remind myself. . . there was a time when I was only dreaming about the things I get to do today.🥹🤍

Looking at the brands and people I’ve had the honor of working with through The Charcuterie Mama makes me so emotional. I think about the beginning, the hopes I had for this little business, and all the times I kept going without knowing where it would lead.

I believe in dreaming big, speaking those dreams into existence, and showing up for them – even when the progress feels small. Some of the most beautiful opportunities in my life started with a quiet little thought: “Wouldn’t it be amazing if. . .”

To every brand that has trusted me, every client who has said my name in a room I wasn’t in, and every person who has shared my work or cheered me on: thank you. You’ve helped turn something I love into a life I’m so grateful for. What a blessing it is to do this.🤍

If you’re holding a dream close to your heart, I hope you give it a chance. You don’t have to know every step to take the first one.

There’s still so much I’m dreaming of, but today, I just want to be thankful for how far this journey has brought me – and for all of you who are part of it.
