COOKIE CAKE!! 🍪🎂🇺🇸 why have just one when you can have the best of both :) so obsessed with how this turned out (especially for my first cookie cake) and glad it was a hit, because the best gatherings are those enjoyed with family and friends, with lots of laughs, and lots of great food.

A lot of you have asked me for cookie cakes on my menu, and to be honest I’d just never made one before! This might’ve sold me on making it an official part of my menu. What do you think?! ❤️ this one was loaded with semi-sweet chocolate, and baked to a gooey center with edges you can bite into. I personally love the edges of a cookie, so this was basically a massive version of my choice of sweet treat craving!

CARDAMOM GULAB JAMUN CAKE 🎂🌹💍🤎

A dreamy spiced cardamom cake sponge, layered and frosted with a floral rosewater buttercream, and filled with sweet gulab jamuns.

I need no other reason to say yes to baking something that celebrated love 🤭 and this cake was an honor to bake, design, and decorate. This cake speaks to traditional South Asian flavors, done with refinement and attention to flavor profiles so each bite feel harmonious, and like a delightful blend of sweet and spice. ✨
