Our next cook is on Saturday 4/20! 🐷 BBQ ROYALTY

Each order contains 4 Italian people’s Kaiser rolls stuffed with PULLED PORK - bone in Boston butt seasoned with our homemade rub, slow smoked, for close to 14 hours. Delicious!!

A hefty container of our homemade MAC and CHEESE - a real crowd pleaser and yes those are potato chips on top!

A large container of COLESLAW- this is not your mother’s coleslaw! There’s no mayo in our recipe. Perfect on the sandwich or on the side!

All orders are $70! Orders must be placed by Thursday 4/18. Order pick ups are at 5pm on Saturday! 🐖 Don’t miss out!

Our sauces are always available!! Including our newest Awsome Sauce! All for $7 a bottle

Sent home with your choice of sauce. We would suggest our NEW sauce our version of Alabama white sauce called AWSome Sauce!

Purchase 12 wings for $24 and every half dozen after is $10. Please place your order by Thursday 2/29! March 2nd pick up and YOU choose your pick up time!!

All 4 of our sauces are available at $7 a bottle. House, Mustard, Carolina and AWSome sauce!

Guess who’s back!? We hope you missed us!
Our next cook is Sunday 10/29/23 pick up is at 6pm. Two of our favorites…a full rack of ribs in your choice of sauce and one of the most comforting sides cheesy corn casserole! $55 🐷Orders must be in by Friday 10/27/23! 🐷

What does every father want for Father’s Day???….Bacon!!

Order our Father’s Day special for your special guy!!! It’s $35 and you get a thick slice of bacon and nine pieces of pork belly!! Pick up on Sunday at 3pm!

Bacon- almost 3/4 of a pound before cooking. Grilled. Sauced and grilled again.

Pork belly burnt ends- some call them belly bites. Seasoned and smoked. Sauced with house sauce and hot honey then back on the smoker to finish!

Perfect primer for that Father’s Day steak
