We just went through our bonus point donation money from the past few months, and we’re so happy to say we have $900 to give back to our community! ❤️

We’re sending a $500 check to Midcoast Humane to help support the incredible work they do for animals in our area. 🐾

But we wanted to try something new with the remaining $400.

We’re going to use it to purchase pet food for our community fridge… dog food, cat food, rabbit food, and anything else we find there is a need for. Our goal is to help make sure local families don’t have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their beloved pets. ❤️

If you have any suggestions for food brands or types of animal food you’d like to see in the Community Resource Council community fridge, please feel free to reach out! You can message us, give us a call, or speak with one of our bartenders. We truly appreciate your feedback and suggestions!

Gigi, you’re the glue that holds all of us together, and somehow you do it while putting up with every bit of our nonsense along the way. You work tirelessly behind the scenes so everything runs smoothly, and you take care of every single one of us like it’s the easiest thing in the world, even when we know it isn’t. 😂

We wouldn’t be who we are without you. Today we just want to celebrate you the way you celebrate everyone else.
