Twisted Pops family, tomorrow’s stop means a little more to us. ❤️
We want to share why we had to cancel today and what our family is facing.
Steve’s brother was recently diagnosed with cancer, and it has progressed incredibly fast. Within the last 48 hours, he has taken a turn none of us saw coming. He is currently on a ventilator, his kidneys are not functioning, and he is receiving dialysis. His medical team is rushing to begin his first chemotherapy treatment today.
He is so young, and we are still trying to process how quickly everything has happened. We don’t know what the coming days will bring, but we are praying and holding on to our faith as he fights for his life.
He is hospitalized in Indianapolis, and Steve’s mom has stayed by his side through it all. Being away from home comes with expenses, and we want to do everything we possibly can to help him, his mom, and our family through this. We can’t take away what he is facing, but we can show up, support them, and help ease some of the burden so his mom can focus on being by his side.
Tomorrow, all tips and a portion of our sales will go toward helping Steve’s mom and family with the costs of staying in Indianapolis while his brother receives care.
