Did you know we work more than three days a week? From our house made bbq sauce, sausage, 16 hour brisket and pork rotations, cleaning, and prepping. There is someone here Monday - Saturday. There are several in the family who work 60-80+ hrs each week. And everyday we realize that the reward far exceeds the sacrifice. . .putting a smile on some happy customers face! We put in the effort because we love feeding people, and you can't feed people unless you put in the work!!
