Please keep our family in your prayers as we lay my mom to rest today.
She passed away Friday morning.
She had been battling cancer, but her battle is finally over.

Mom was someone that always cared for others, even above herself.
A true, passionate woman of God that would light up any room she walked in!
I worked with my parents in the trucking industry for 8 years before starting Sugar & Smoke, LLC
I loved being there in the office with her everyday. And even though it broke her heart when I decided to venture out on my own, she still supported my decision and literally helped me form my business from nothing.
She also didn’t eat pork… but she still supported me. 😌
Our homemade biscuits recipe is HER. Our chocolate gravy is HER.
A meal she cooked for me and my sister almost every single morning growing up. 💜
I strive to be even half the mom, wife and business owner she was and I feel like everyday I fail.
She left some big shoes to fill… but one thing that always kept her going was her unwavering FAITH.
She kept it to her very last breath.
And now, I know she is reaping the harvest of all the good seeds she had sown through out her life.
I can’t wait to see her beautiful smile again, I know it’s even bigger now. 🥰
