Taste Grill We're a Chinese/Japanese cuisine restaurant in Boone, NC. Hi, my name is Andy and I am the owner of Taste Grill.

Back in 2009, when I briefly stayed in Boone, I noticed that the sushi offered in Boone were either over priced or they were low in quality which was a disappointment since it's one of my favorite foods. After a failure to find fresh quality sushi without making me broke to eat it, that's when I got the idea of opening a restaurant in Boone. But since my specialty was Chinese food, I previously ow

ned Chinese restaurants in Maine and in North Carolina, I thought why not combine the best of both world. It took years of preparations and learning from relatives and friends, that I finally opened up Taste Grill! As for the name "Taste Grill", well, I want you to come and taste our grill and hopefully you'll enjoyed so much that you'll be a regular.
