We are so excited to partner with the Watauga Education Foundation and Downtown Boone Development Association for Forks Up! for Education Restaurant Week May 18-23 🍴

Dine at a participating Downtown Boone restaurant (or ice cream shop 😉) and support Watauga County Schools teachers, students, and staff! We will donate 3% of profits to WEF to fund grants, scholarships, and support for Watauga County public school students and teachers where state and local budgets fall short.

Currently, North Carolina ranks #50 in the nation in education funding. Since 1989, WEF has awarded more than $1 million to enrich the educational experience in Watauga County Public Schools.

NEW Rice Cream flavor: "Strawberry Solo" 🍓

Strawberries are in season, so we gave them a solo on our setlist of flavors! We snatched up a few trays of these delicious ripe berries locally from Corbett's Produce
Much like a classic strawberry ice cream, this flavor is bursting with sweet strawberry flavor, with fresh chunks of ripe berry mixed in, BUT it is 100% vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free! This signature flavor is made using a base of organic cane sugar, rice, and vanilla.

It tastes like a warm beautiful spring day. 🍓 We love it with a spoonful of sprinkles, too!

NEW Rice Cream flavor!! Proudly introducing a Little Wing original flavor: "Vanilla Chord" 🎵

The soft and creamy base—made from rice—gives it a gentle, clean sweetness.

The organic Madagascar vanilla bean comes through first: warm, floral, and slightly woody, with those tiny specks adding both visual charm and a deeper, more authentic vanilla taste than extract alone. It feels cozy and familiar, like fresh-baked custard.

Organic cane sugar adds the perfect amount of sweetness, while the golden syrup brings a subtle caramelized depth. That syrup note lingers just a bit longer, giving hints of toffee and a mellow, buttery finish (even though it’s fully plant-based).

Our new vegan Rice Cream is a HIT! Since its debut, Classical Chocolate (shown here topped with our delicious vegan chocolate sprinkles) has already become a new favorite for so many! Not only is it delicious, but it is rice based: dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and NO high fructose corn syrup... featuring organic cane sugar and fair trade cocoa!

We also offer gluten free sugar cones if desired!! 🤤

Mike is already working on more flavors, too! We will be sure to shout it from the rooftop as soon as they are ready!
