Home Base Athletics isn’t just a training facility. It’s a place where young athletes and families can grow together through a shared love of the game.
Owned by former MLB pitcher Casey Sadler, who spent 15 years in professional baseball and competed at the highest level, and his wife Marin, who was born and raised on Oahu’s North Shore🌺, HBA is built on community, character, and helping kids develop both on and off the field. Casey now shares the knowledge and experience he gained throughout his professional career with the next generation, while Marin helps create a welcoming environment where families feel right at home.
At Ono Ice Shack, we’re all about bringing people together and making sweet memories, so we couldn’t be more excited to call Home Base Athletics one of our new pop-up homes.
Whether you’re coming for lessons, batting cages, or simply spending time with family, we’ll be there serving authentic Hawaiian shave ice made with premium Hawaiian-made syrups—the same island-inspired flavors you’d find in Hawaiʻi.
