He and his team specialize in creating an exclusive culinary experience through in-home dining (from 2 to 200ppl), cooking classes, customized event ideation, food and wine pairings, and building an experience your guests will talk ab

Chef Brian has secured relationships with top vendors locally and nationally to form a team of professionals who are as passionate about their craft, as he is about his own. Brian is a Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and spent time working for world renowned chef Daniel Boulud at Restaurant Daniel and Cafe Boulud and locally at Chops City Grill and Cru Lush Wines and Pure Foods. He has paired his knowledge of food and experience with wine from trips to Napa, to offer something extremely special, innovative, and cutting edge.
