It’s National Pasta Day, and we’re celebrating the best way we know how: with a fork in one hand and a plate of pasta in the other.

Join us at Fresco today for our three special pasta dishes, available from 11 a.m. until close. And because every good pasta party deserves a sweet ending, each pasta comes with a complimentary sampling of our soon-to-be-famous Pistachio Cake!

These specials dishes are only available today, October 17! Lunch or dinner. Reservations are not required.

For Chef Greg, it's about the technique, the ingredients, and the traditions behind every dish. His culinary journey has shaped the way he approaches Italian-inspired cooking at Fresco, where making food from scratch is part of what we do.

Some days deserve more than a celebration. They deserve a fork, a plate of handmade pasta, and maybe a little extra Parmesan.

For Chef Greg Buschmohle, pasta is personal. He learned to make handmade pasta and gnocchi from his mother, whose family hailed from Naples, and began his culinary journey in an Italian catering hall at just 10 years old. Today, that lifelong passion for authentic Italian cooking is at the heart of Fresco.

So when National Pasta Day rolls around, you know we're celebrating! Join us SATURDAY ONLY (Oct. 17) for three special pasta dishes:

🥓 Fettuccine Carbonara
Fresco Fettuccine authentically prepared with Guanciale, farm-fresh eggs and Pecorino Romano cheese

🦀 Crabmeat Ravioli
Fresh lump crabmeat in a rich Mascarpone and Ricotta cheese stuffed inside of our Fresco pasta and served in a lemon butter sauce topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese

🍂 Capellini Primavera
Fresco “Angel Hair” pasta tossed in a Pecorino Romano broth with an assortment of fall vegetables topped with a flavorful Gremolata

And because no Italian celebration is complete without something sweet, a sampling of our soon-to-be-famous Pistachio Cake is included with these featured pastas!

These three entrees will only be available Saturday, Oct. 17, beginning at 11 a.m. Reservations are not required!
