New week new chalkboard. Tuesdays are always the fried cod basket, and today we bring back an oldie but goodie …. Beef Brisket Lo Mein 🔥🔥🔥 Sesame marinated lo mein noodles with chili crisp beef sauce, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas and more. Last round of pumpkin cheesecake before we switch gears with a new flavor.

Why the ridiculous picture of Nick and I? Coming up Saturday Oct. 24 we will have our annual Halloween Costume Party. More details in the coming days but it’s always a great time to get a little silly. No Ohio State game that day and we are avoiding the 31st so mark your calendars for our little bash. Costume prizes and more on a ghoulish evening 👻👻👻

Wednesday are for burgers at The Tross™️. Thinking they are pretty tasty with a few folks coming in yesterday looking for them and saying they would be back in today 🔥🔥🔥. Featured pizza has lightly smoked jalapeños, cream cheese, bacon, brisket and sausage. Fantastic pie. Cheesecake is seasonal and delicious with whipped cream and pumpkin caramel sauce.

EDIT: we had the wrong menu board listed originally but have made the correction

Every Tuesday brings fried cod baskets and today is no different. Now that pizza? Torpedoes are brisket and cream cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon, while topedoes are wrapped in sausage. Why eliminate either so this pizza has:

✅ cream cheese spread base
✅ shredded brisket
✅ bacon
✅ ground sausage
✅ lightly smoked jalapeños
✅ smoked pepper trio bbq sauce

Prime rib is on the smoker and looking/smelling delicious 🔥🔥🔥 Chorizo gravy fries and Caramel & Apple cheesecake are locked and loaded as well. Our doors open at 4 pm and prime rib dinners are available beginning at 5.

Little late getting to the board after starting the day with a little drop in visit from the local Health Department. Flying colors as usual! Alas we’ve got a great salad lined up 🔥🔥🔥
