Avoid Friday afternoon traffic and invite a coworker to come hang out on our patio for Pintxo Hour! Enjoy pintxos, a glass of Txakoli, sangrias and good company!

Pintxo Hour happens every Thursday-Saturday. The kitchen closes at 6pm but we’re open till 7pm!

We are incredibly honored to be featured in Conde Nast Traveler's 50 States, 50 People series.

When we purchased The Basque Market in 2006, our goal was simple: create a place where people could gather around good food, good wine, and good company while celebrating the culture that has shaped so much of who we are.

Nearly 20 years later, we're still serving family recipes, making paella on the Basque Block, sharing pintxos with friends and doing our small part to keep the Basque culture alive here in Boise.

This recognition isn't just about us. It belongs to the generations who came before us, the Boise Basque community, our incredible staff and every person who has pulled up a chair at our table over the years.

Thank you for supporting The Basque Market and helping us continue this tradition. We are grateful every day to call the Basque Block home.

Join us this First Thursday, June 4th, as we celebrate National Cheese day with a special 3 for $10 pintxo menu featuring cheese-filled favorites like bleu cheese & almond grapes, Manchego seafood gratins, Idiazabal chorizo tortilla and more!

And because no evening at The Basque Market is complete without it, our famous meat & seafood paella will be served at 6pm! The paella can sell out quickly so we recommend showing up early or calling ahead to reserve your portions. *Reservations don't guarantee seating, but do guarantee paella.*

Be sure to save room for dessert because we'll also have our rich, creamy Burnt Basque Cheesecake waiting for you!
