As the days get cooler and the nights a little longer, we're bringing the flavors of fall (and a little Halloween fun 👻) to this month's pintxo menu.

We're hiring!

The Basque Market is looking for a Line Cook/Culinary Team member to join our small but might crew on the Basque Block.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves great food and great people. You'll help prep ingredients, cook on the line, keep the kitchen running smoothly and interact with customer who make our market so special.

We're looking for someone who:
-Has culinary experience and a love for food
-Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
-Is comfortable interacting with customers
-Is dependable, organized, and ready to jump in whenever needed
-Can comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge of Spanish and Basque food and culture is a plus!

30 hours/week with strong potential for full-time employment. Compensation is based on culinary experience and knowledge.

Thank you to everyone who came out this past Sunday to celebrate The Basque Market's 20th anniversary.

We are so grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing community here in Boise and on the Basque Block. ♥️

For the past 20 years, you've gathered around our tables, shared countless plates of paella and pintxos, raised a glass with us, celebrated Basque culture, and supported our family and this little Market in more ways than we can count.

Sunday was a beautiful reminder of why we started this journey in the first place: good food, family, culture, and community.

Thank you for being part of our first 20 years. We can't wait to see what the next 20 bring. 🥂
