Introducing a Happy Hour favorite at El Gaucho Boise.

El Gaucho Burger features 1/2 lb Akaushi cattle wagyu from Davis Family Cattle Company, Niman Ranch all natural bacon from Niman Ranch, sharp cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, onion, and fries.

Happy Hour is available Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 6pm in the bar and lounge only.

Our first wine dinner with Gilles Nicault and Long Shadows Vintners at El Gaucho Boise was a full success with beautiful wines, perfectly paired courses, and a room full of great energy from start to finish.
