Hi - Over the past two weeks, we opened three times and tested three iterations to boost production, including adding another Traeger Flatrock grill, which has increased output 2x.
Previously, with customer arrivals uniformly distributed over a 4-5 hour window, we maintained consistent wait times. However, a recent shift in customer arrival patterns - orders spread out over 4 hours compressed into the first 10 mins - has lead to longer wait times, highlighting the need for a meaningful increase in production.
To keep up with demand, serve our customers, we’re expanding our team!
We’re looking for two passionate individuals who care about the craft of a product and driving growth. We have a thoughtful roadmap, and with the help of customer feedback, we’ll introduce new products / verticals - all while staying true to our north star: simplicity, quality, moments of delight.
We have two open positions: 1-2 days/wk through winter.
Position 1 - Manage customers, orders, and inventory to ensure smooth operations. We have the nicest customers.
Position 2 - Our 2nd cook. Make burgs on a dedicated Traeger Flatrock grill. Some experience with flat-top grills is required.
