These gorgeous, juicy tomatoes come to us from Country Vines LLC in Madras, Oregon - a small, family owned, greenhouse farm! These tomatoes are all natural, pesticide and spray free! ❤️

We're gearing up for Boise's 23rd Annual Father's Day Car Show!! 🚘⚡️

Join us in front of the State Capitol Building on Sunday, June 21st, from 10am - 3pm, to celebrate Father's Day with over 200 vehicles showcasing transportation's past, present, and future! We're especially excited about City of Good's solar-powered, electric Mobile Market!

This show means a lot to us at Bittercreek, because it was started by Dale Krick Sr, a founding partner at Bittercreek, and the reason a lot of what we do exists at all.

This is what we mean when we say we source local food!! 🫜

A few of the folks behind our restaurants were recently able to join Taproots Farm Hub on their Emerging Producers Field Day!

We’re especially grateful that Holly (our Procurement Manager) and Jordan (our Prep Kitchen Manager) were able to participate, as they interact with ALL of the products that come into our kitchens!

This tour was targeted towards young adults who hope to enter the local Idaho agriculture scene; so we were able to learn about the challenges that small-scale, direct-market farms face here in the Treasure Valley.

Thanks so much to Whistlepig Farm, Black Fox Farm, Fiddlers Green Farm, Sun Dog Flower Farm, and Dry Creek Ranch Farm for having us!
