This Friday, October 9 from **11 AM–1 PM**, we’re on a mission to photograph up to **50 different Chef’s Hut menu items** — and we need your help!

Tomorrow, Oscar, from will be on site again taking photos for us to revamp our website. Rather than preparing a bunch of food just for photos (and potentially wasting it), we’d much rather photograph the delicious food that’s already headed to your table.

Here’s the deal: If you order an eligible menu item that we still need a photo of, **we’ll take 15% off that item** in exchange for letting us borrow it for a quick photo before it reaches your table. Tomorrow we're photographing "tall items" so breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, burgers, melts, and stuffed french toast are all fair game!

A few details:
• This offer applies to dine-in meals only
• We only need **one photo of each menu item**, so once an item has been photographed, it’s crossed off the list. You're welcome to ask to see the list.
• Items must be ordered **as they appear on our menu, without modifications**, to qualify.
• Your food may spend an extra couple of minutes with us while we get the shot, so it might not arrive quite as piping hot as usual. We’ll be happy to reheat any discounted item if needed!
• Participation is completely optional — if you’d rather we keep our cameras away from your meal, no problem at all.
• Discount will be applied to the photographed item only. Discount does not apply to the entire ticket or to beverages.

We’ve got up to **50 menu items** to check off our list, so come hungry and help us make The Chef’s Hut look as good online as it tastes in person!

We uncovered some cool local history this week! Our future location at 303 N Orchard was originally built in 1970 as a Keystone pizza similar to the one in the photo below (that photo is actually of the Keystone Pizza that was on State St.). This week, in preparation for our new facade, we found that much of the original front of the building was preserved. How cool!

Aside from Keystone Pizza, what other restaurants do you remember being in this location? 🍕 🍣 🥡

And we know you’re all wondering the same thing we are —- when are we moving? Our goal is between Thanksgiving and Christmas but we are at the mercy of a construction timeline right now! Stay tuned 🚧
