Boise Fry Company Hand cut fries are the main course, while our burgers come on the side! We don’t fry the goodness out of the potato. We produce little to no waste.
(1616)

Our fries are hand-cut daily and are changed daily so we can offer you the the freshest product. The nutrients remain from the potato to the fry, and we don’t peel, mash, or stuff our potatoes. Everything that’s healthy about potatoes stays. We use local, fresh, natural, free-range, grass-fed and finished beef and bison, both hand-seasoned with Boise Fry Company’s secret recipes. Our vegan burgers are made with black bean and organic, fair-trade certified, and high protein quinoa. And our organic whole wheat potato buns are baked fresh every day. In an effort to make our entire process green, natural, sustainable, insert other environmental buzzword, we use all natural, local, and whenever feasible, organic products. We use Energy Star appliances and lights. We recycle our peanut oil in cars. We’re just trying our best to make as little impact on your cholesterol and our planet as possible. We use, almost exclusively, local partners and purveyors. Our bison is raised on a free-range farm an hour from our shop. Our burger toppings are grown locally, and our secret recipe buns are made around the corner. At Boise Fry Company, we make sure to take care of the people taking care of you. Our employees are well-respected and celebrated at our restaurant, and we make sure they understand how much we appreciate their hard work.
