We offer twenty beers on tap, AnyTimers canned Cocktails, local wine from Split Rail and Cinder, cider from Meriwether + Highpoint, non-alcoholic options, merchandise for sale and a wide variety of beer to-go. Explore our brewery mezzanine to get a bird’s-eye view of our brewery production area! We don't serve food, but we have a full-time food truck on site daily. Join us for a night of great beer and even greater community! Local Boise firefighters are taking over the taps to raise money for their station as they prepare for the Seattle Stair Climb, a challenge supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

These heroes will be behind the bar serving up your favorite Payette drinks, and all cash + digital tips will go directly toward their fundraiser.

Come grab a pint, support a good cause, and cheers to the brave men and women who keep our community safe!

Oktoberfest season is officially here, and one of our favorite annual releases is back!

Inspired by alpine trails and Bavarian tales, our take on the classic Märzen style lager is brewed for crisp fall days, long tables with good friends, and post hike cheers.

Rich caramel malt, subtle sweetness, and a smooth, easy drinking finish make this one a true Oktoberfest tradition, brewed the Payette way.
