To our customers:
We know how frustrating it is to come to our location or call and find us closed earlier than what Google says or what we have posted as our regular hours. Please know that that’s only when it’s super hot inside the trailer. A lot of factors factor into us deciding when we can’t take the heat anymore. We’re cooking in a metal box that at times the temperature can be 20 degrees more than what is stated. When we’re busy opening and closing our refrigerator also can cause it to go up to unsafe temperatures. Please know we are doing and hanging on as long as we can while taking our health into consideration as well. All that and then we add the smoke into all of this which has caused us to be more tired and fatigued along with headaches. We’re very grateful for you guys and your understanding of this all. On days we’re it’s not hot we’re here till 7. If ever in doubt please call us and ask if we’re open 208.866.2912
