Our Cali Creamin’ Pumpkin is back and if you’ve never had it, it’s exactly what fall should taste like. We take our smooth Cali Creamin’ Vanilla Cream Ale and brew it with real pumpkin purée and a blend of warm pumpkin spices for a seasonal favorite that returns once a year. 🍂

What started as a passion for Santa Maria-style cooking and Cali Baja flavors has grown into one of the Treasure Valley’s most exciting new food concepts.

Owners Cindy and Jonathan Hopper have built Fire & Ash around live-fire cooking, fresh ingredients, and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere, bringing bold flavor and great energy to downtown Boise.

Join us Friday, July 18th as we officially celebrate their grand opening with an evening of fire, food, and craft beer.
Lunch service runs from 12–3pm, followed by dinner from 5–8pm, with live music from Jeff Bridges from 5–7pm.
