Why is our sturgeon dish royal?

Our Sturgeon Kebab draws inspiration from the festive tables of Russian royalty, where sturgeon was traditionally regarded as the most prized fish, reserved for celebrations. Ours is marinated and grilled, then served alongside sautéed Brussels sprouts. It’s a dish that carries centuries of tradition (and it tastes pretty dang fabulous - the mustard sauce alone is worth coming in for!)
