It is with a heavy heart that we announce Nomad will permanently close, with our last day on Sunday, July 27, 2025. For the past three years, we have been honored to serve our loyal regulars, BSU students, tourists, and our valued neighbors—thank you for your support and friendship.

We invite you to join us for our last week of service starting Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Enjoy some of our greatest hits from over the years, including the Huck and Jamon, beignets, and new favorites like our Lox Toast and Huckleberry Bacon French Toast. We’ll be featuring specials throughout the weekend, with $2 mimosas available Sunday only.

We hope to see you one last time to share great food, raise a glass, and express our gratitude for all you’ve given us. Thank you for being a part of our story.

The BIGGEST and WARMEST "thank you" to all the regulars and newcomers filling our cozy space and letting us fill your bellies. So much care and effort is put into giving you a great meal and experience while at Nomad.

-Gaston’s sourdough dipped in a sherry spiked saffron-vanilla custard. Topped with a house made orange marmalade, almond dust, and a 20 year sherry-honey reduction. 🍊
