Good Sunday morning! Quick update on the status on the store our focus and direction.

We have balanced out from our opening numbers, as all stores do, and have landed at a healthy spot! We continue to be excited about the growth and future of the store. We continue to learn a lot as we approach almost 6 months open.... wow. This biggest challenge for us continues to be the building. The lack of care and the rushed building process continues to be a constant expensive burden that we are trying to navigate. Overall this is something that we will tackle in due time.

We continue to see the great feedback, yes we understand it is not all great, and are committed to keeping that experience. For the most part we have fixed all the opening mishaps. Now our focus is being more accurate and more efficient. We want to ensure we do not fall into the trap of speed over being efficient and accurate.

BIG NOTES. We are still evaluating hours as sales stabilize. The first change we will be making effective 9/21/2026 is closing the store (drive through) at 8:30 on Monday-Thursday (dinning room still closes at 8:00). The analytics show us this is one of the biggest areas for us to eliminate some costs as the sales do not justify being open. Now please understand we operate until closing each day! Meaning we cook to order the food you get at that time. Please do not feel anytype of way coming in at 8:29! My staff is coached to understand we are there for you until we are closed. We will also be looking into opening on Sundays. Staffing is the biggest factor as we need to ensure we have the right numbers to open and do it the right way. I can always staff it with bodies but I would want to ensure we can handle that day with the level we expect.

Doordash! It is coming I promise... I am still fighting with them to get our store open. There has been a big mess with setting it up and I hope to have that fixed this week!

Overall I hope we have made Boaz proud... We are sure proud of being a small mom and pop that continues to be judged/recognized with large franchises. I think sometimes people lose sight that is really is just 1 family running multiple businesses with an amazing supporting "family" working each day.. no corporate, no trainers, no playbook. Just a family with a passion. Has some of it been difficult, for sure... but the majority is positive and we will keep looking to that! So in closing thank you all for supporting my places, my family, and my employees as we all depend on you to continue this journey! - Thanks ZA
