The Upper Crust Okatie Pizza, Pasta, Subs, Salads, Wings The first Upper Crust was established in 1981 located in the Pope Avenue Mall on Hilton Head Island.

The recipes used were first established in the mid 70's in the Pennsylvania area. The goal of The Upper Crust restaurant is to create a family atmosphere serving homemade and well prepared food for an enjoyable dining experience. In the 30 years of business we have strived to be a slice above the rest.
