Did you know The Muffuletta sandwich was born at Central Grocery in the French Quarter in 1906, when Sicilian immigrant Salvatore Lupo reportedly created it for workers who wanted an easier way to enjoy the meats, cheese and olive salad of a traditional Sicilian lunch. We top our off with a house made garlic mayonnaise. How do you like yours?
