Hi Everyone! If you've been thinking about making a reservation for our upcoming Fancy Pants Dinner on the 17th, the time to act is NOW!!! The limited number of spots available are filling up and we will not be taking any more reservations after Monday the 12. So give us a call or stop by SOON - we don't want you to miss out.

It was a late night, but the Fancy Pants Dinner menu is done, and, if I may be so bold, is AWESOME!

I'm not one to brag or get very excited, but this is a great menu - I'm pretty darn proud. Especially since it's been quite a while since I had to flex my fine dining muscles.

So join us on October 17th at 5:00 and find out what's on it (vegetarian option - also delicious - is available). You won't be dissapointed, I promise.

Reservation only, 21+ only. So call or stop by soon before we're all booked up and you'll have to hear about how awesome everything was and you'll feel left out and sad. You don't want that, do you?

Hey Guys! Exciting news!!

On October 17th - which I'm told is coming up very fast - Comb Ridge Eat and Drink will host what we're calling The Fancy Pants Dinner.

This is a four course dinner (maybe 5? There's some details to be worked out. Don't want to over-plan these things, you know) with some of the fanciest foods to ever come out of this kitchen. No burgers this night. It's the kind of food I used to cook long long ago in restaurants far far away.

But the menu is a secret, that's part of the fun. That and I haven't finalized it yet. Or, technically, started working on it.

It's all happening right here under the Cottonwood tree. Just one seating at 5:00, and space is very limited to under 35 guests. A vegetarian option is available with advance notice.
$95 per person, or 115 with w**e pairings, which would be a bargain at twice the price.

Hi guys! Ok, we're pretty excited about this one. We're calling it Tony B's: two patties, a big pile of thinly sliced, fried mortadella, three slices of provolone, tomato, mustard and mayo. Available this evening and - perhaps I'm burying the lead here - TOMORROW!

Yes, Comb Ridge will be open tomorrow, Sunday the 20th, from 2 to 7:00. Just because we thought it would be fun.

Wait. What's that you're saying? I took that delicious mortadella topped burger, added a runny fried egg, and am right now eating it for breakfast? I most certainly am not! My doctor would not approve of that at all, and I am nothing if not a follower of sound medical advice! Though if I did I'm sure it would be other-worldly delicious and totally worth the heart attack. But I'm not.

Dang, I need more napkins...

Anyway, come on in tonight or TOMORROW and try this thing. You'll thank us.

Hi everyone! It's currently over 110 degrees in our kitchen, and that's before any of the equipment has been turned on. And while I consider myself a cold hearted capitalist, I realize that I won't be able to continue living the luxurious lifestyle I've grown accustomed to if my cooks all pass out from heat stroke. So to keep that nightmare scenario from happening we're opening a little later this evening at 6:00. It will still be hot, but not weneedtohiremorecooks-hot.

So come on in from 6:00 to 9:00 and enjoy some good food, good people, and moderately uncomfortable heat. Be sure to tip your servers and cooks well - they're working very hard under very difficult conditions for a very tight-fisted boss. Poor bastards.
