At Jasper's Cafe, we take pride in offering our customers high-quality protein options, ranging from Texas Angus beef to locally raised Longhorns, exotic game such as Axis, bison, and elk, Akaushi Wagyu, and pork steak hand-cut off the loin.

Yesterday we closed from 2:00 - 4:30 PM to allow our kitchen to cool down before the evening began. We plan to do so again today.

Between Granbury and Stephenville on 377, there is a quaint, you-just-might-find-it-happening little spot called Bluff Dale. Surrounded by scenic hill-country views, Jasper's Cafe is proud to have called Bluff Dale home since 2017.
