Have a family or group to feed this weekend? Tired, don’t want to cook. I got you. I put together a few affordable packages bc I know bbq expensive these days, heck everything is expensive. With me having less overhead than my competitors I can pass that savings on to you. It’s still expensive, I get it, but it’s about as affordable as I can make it and still make it worth me doing. I hate where we are right now with grocery pricing.
I only smoke what’s ordered so you know it’ll be fresh and the best I can do. Orders open now and close this Thursday at 8pm. I appreciate the orders, I need the work and love to do the work.

Good barbecue, generous portions, and great prices for the whole family!

With everybody watching their spending these days, I wanted to put together some family-sized barbecue packages that give you plenty of good food at a reasonable price!

Whether it’s Saturday dinner with the family, having friends over, or feeding a bigger crowd, I’ve got you covered!

FAMILY DINNER — $49
Feeds 4–6 people

* 2 whole smoked chickens
* 2 classic sides (16 oz each)

BIGGER FAMILY DINNER — $109
Feeds 8–10 people

* 2 whole smoked chickens
* 2 racks of baby back ribs
* 3 classic sides (16 oz each)

FAMILY GATHERING — $155
Feeds 10–15 people

* 1 whole smoked pork butt
* 2 racks of baby back ribs
* 1 whole smoked chicken
* 4 classic sides (16 oz each)

All packages include barbecue sauce, pickles, onions, and jalapeños.

WHAT MAKES THE SATURDAY RESERVE SPECIAL?

It’s simple! I only cook what’s ordered. I personally select, prepare, and smoke your barbecue fresh, just for you. It’s a little like having your own personal pitmaster for the weekend!

Orders close Thursday at 8 PM.

I don’t believe AI is ready to take over just yet!

I use AI to create simple advertisements for my business. I’m not a fan of AI for all the obvious reasons but it does help me make affordable FB posters quickly.

THE SATURDAY RESERVE — THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10

A quick note about brisket: my cost has climbed to $5.99 per pound, so I’ve had to raise the brisket price to $175.

The Saturday Reserve is owner-operated. I cook only what customers order, and without the overhead of running a full restaurant, I can keep my prices below many competitors and current market pricing. My goal is to bring you the best meat at the best price I can.

Orders close Thursday , October 8, at 8 PM. Saturday pickup is at 12 PM or 5 PM.
