After a courageous battle with cancer, we are saddened to announce that our wonderful friend and employee, Rena Carrier , has gone to be with the Lord this morning. Rena was the type of person you could always count on to brighten your day, sharing a smile and hug every time you would see her. She loved her family, she loved people and her job, but most of all, Rena loved Jesus. We will miss her very much.

In honor of Rena's kind and loving nature, we would ask you to pass on an act of kindness, a smile, or a hug to someone. This world could use a lot more of that.

Please keep her family and our staff in your thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks to come. We welcome you to leave a comment, a picture or memory below you would like to share in Rena's honor. 💛

Two more deliveries of hot meals were made yesterday; 50+ hot meals to the Hampton Community and 50+ hot meals to the Unicoi Community.

We had the best helpers in town. Even our customers were making sure each box was secure and ready for the journey ahead! It takes a village, and WOW do we have one of the best or what?! People helping people. That's what it's all about, folks. Our continued thoughts and prayers are with everyone 🙏❤️

We've been so blessed to have not been affected tremendously by Hurricane Helene. Our hearts have been compelled to give back to those dealing with and working to help others in the midst of such tragedy and destruction. Today, Bluff City Diner was able to donate over 50 hot meals to first responders, search and rescue teams, and families in need in the Flag Pond, TN community. Alexis Correa is a volunteer who picked up and delivered the meals on our behalf and we thank her for her tremendous kindness and efforts.
We know that although our contribution may be small, every donation or act of kindness makes a big impact. We're proud to be a small part of the volunteer effort.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected as we continue to pour out our love to the community that we love so dearly. 🙏❤️
