Hello Low & Slow family!
We are incredibly heartened by the warm response we’ve received regarding our acquisition of Blue Lake Pizza Company. We absolutely love what we do, and the excitement of venturing into the world of pizza has all of us pretty excited. We would like to clarify a few points that we have been asked frequently. Most notably, Low & Slow barbecue will not change, we will continue offering the same quality that our customers have come to know us by. We will not be serving pizza at our brewery location. Blue Lake Pizza Company, located at Perigot Park, is where we will serve delicious pizza, alongside some additions, such as salads and perhaps chicken wings. No official start date is in the works, but we will communicate with you all and keep you updated as we progress. Again, we are extremely excited and are open to any questions, concerns, etc. We look forward to providing our community with excellent options, with the explicit intent to have you walk away feeling more than satisfied.
