Yes, he says that about a lot of things. But this time, he might actually mean it.
And after a long day of golf, it’s exactly what you’ll be hankering for: crispy crackling, juicy pork, and not a protein bar in sight.

I'll never be able to perfectly describe my gratitude to all of our guests who came out to celebrate Thai food with us last Sunday. The support was tremendous and, frankly, a bit surprising. I put in a lot of hours (a LOT) pulling this off, and I'm still trying to catch up.
We decided to close tonight so I could get a little more rest, as Thai Night 2.0 really took it out of me.
Thanks again for all the support! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow and hope to do another tasting menu celebration again soon.

We’re all excited about this Sunday’s Thai Night 2.0, but that doesn’t mean you should sleep on Friday night’s Fish & Chips.

Golden, crispy, flaky, and quite possibly the best Fish & Chips in Blue Jay. We said what we said.

Deep-fried feelings never hurt anybody. Just ask your cardiologist. Or don’t.

Look, I’ve been putting in some long hours getting ready for Sunday and stayed up way too late last night reworking "All Apologies" in a different tuning, so this is about as pithy as I’m capable of being today.

Fish. Chips. House-made tartar. House-made cocktail sauce. No Sysco shortcuts hiding in the walk-in.

See you tonight at 5.

This isn’t your everyday “chicken Pad Thai” kind of thing. Chef Sam wanted to push the boundaries a little and have some fun with this menu.
A quick heads-up: this menu will only be available on Sunday, 6/7, and our regular menu will not be offered that night.

It’s Friday, and the weather sure does look like London out there. Come on in and get our almost-famous Fish & Chips!
Chef Sam is finally 100% happy with the breading—don’t ask, but he’s been tinkering. It comes with our awesome coleslaw, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce, all made in-house, as always.
Sysco premade food may be all over TikTok and your reels, but you won’t find it in our walk-in.
