Dinner tonight for the Sprat and me. Really yummy, super quick, healthy dinner for a rainy summer night. He was especially impressed with the homemade hummus (which he's never before had). So much lighter and fluffier than store-bought!

Lots of toasted pita for scooping up everything is nonnegotiable.
