Snow days aren’t just for sledding and silliness around here.

We’ve been listening to y'all's suggestions and are putting together a few things on education around farm to cup, flavor, and how coffee really comes together. Stay tuned!

And if you missed the last newsletter, our next Roast & Brew Class is right around the corner. We’ve got a few seats left for the Valentine’s Day session on Saturday, Feb. 14, from 10 am to noon at our Boone Roastery.

Come learn, taste, and spend a morning with good people and good coffee. We might put you to work.

Link in bio to save your seat.

Hey y’all. As we head into 2026, I want to ask something I don’t ask often enough.

What do you want from your roasting company this year?

More education? Better stories? New coffees to try? Community? Something else entirely?

If you’re not sure how to answer, start here: what’s in your cup right now, and what do you wish was different about it? Drop it in the comments. One line is perfect.
