Did you know we switched up our fryer oil?
We are currently using Zero Acre Organic Fruit Oil for all of our fried menu items! This organic fryer oil is a much healthier alternative to most fryer oils used in other restaurants, with the same great taste 😋

Mortimer—a bourbon barrel aged Baltic Porter 12%

A collaboration brew between head brewers Ryan Slobodzinski, with Blowing Rock Brewing, and Steven Lyerly, with Olde Hickory Brewery

It’s named Mortimer after the historic ghost town of Caldwell County in celebration of the Blue Ridge/Appalachian roots and locations shared by both breweries.

And while Baltic Porter is technically a l***r, don’t be fooled. Its vanilla bourbon woody roasty flavors are perfect to sip on during the cool fall and winter months!

A traditional Scotch Ale, this b**r is made with pale and biscuit malts, and just enough roasted barley to create a strong, complex version of this wonderful seasonal ale 🍺
