Hey everyone! After a lot of requests, supply issues, and popular demand, we are going to start roasting our own decaf coffee! It came in the mail today, so by the time I get to roasting, we will have some in the cafe to try by tomorrow morning =D I'm looking forward to feedback and finally appeasing everyone who has needed this for some late-night brews or caffeine sensitivity.
