This coffee brings vibrant fruit, layered sweetness, and a clean, expressive cup with notes of plum, green grape, and blueberry.

Grown by Epthah in Ethiopia’s Gedeb District at 2150 to 2200 masl, this natural process lot is a beautiful example of the depth and character we love in Ethiopian coffees.

Cafe Martha’s (formerly Fog & Flame) is where our story began. We’re deeply grateful for the way they serve Bloomsburg, creating a place where people gather, connect, and build community. It’s an honor to be their coffee roaster, and we’re thankful for their team and the talented baristas who bring it to life each day. 🤎

Their espresso, The Impression Blend, is crafted for balance and depth, with rich notes of milk chocolate and caramel, a touch of cherry, gentle brightness, and a clean finish. We love seeing it served so thoughtfully in every cup.

Ever curious about where we source our espresso?

The Impression Blend is the signature espresso blend from our local roaster, ! It’s built on three components, each roasted individually before blending:

Colombia — Washed Process
Costa Rica — Honey Process
Ethiopia — Washed Process

The washed Colombia is for chocolate and caramel structure, honey-processed Costa Rica for added sweetness and body, and a small amount of washed Ethiopia to bring subtle citrus lift. It’s smooth and chocolate-forward with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and cherry, balanced by gentle brightness and a clean finish.

This carbonic maceration natural from Guji, Ethiopia is anything but ordinary. Produced by 809 smallholder farmers working with Tracon Coffee, this lot is a masterclass in precision fermentation - bold, expressive, and beautifully restrained.

Flavor Notes:
Expect layers of blueberry compote, spiced peach cobbler, concord grape, and a subtle orange-wine lift. It’s vibrant, syrupy, and adventurous, with the kind of depth that keeps unfolding as it cools.

We invite you to slow down, breathe deep, and enjoy the blue sky with a cup of coffee that’s been thoughtfully grown and carefully roasted.

Our newest release, Ethiopia Duwancho Village, is a washed-process coffee grown by smallholder farmers at high elevations in Sidama. With notes of blood orange, hibiscus, and maple syrup, it’s bright, floral, and gently sweet — a delicate balance of strength and beauty, much like the people who inspire Bellus.
