Have you been dreaming of summer brunch? Well, look no further!

Egg Republic has special summer food & cocktail/mocktail menus, along with its classic dishes!

I had to try the S’mores Galore pancakes! They were incredible. The Stuffed Pancakes (photo #1) were also amazing!

We love the aesthetic of Egg Republic, and the presentation of the food is always top notch. And of course, it all tastes really good!

Check out the North Peoria location near the Shoppes at Grand Prairie.
