We just got word that Center st will be open for driving through. What does that mean for you- us?
We will still have all of our breads out under the canopy. You can pull up and park on the street and make the short walk to our store and Candice Anderson, CFD, ICPF šŸ„ This is actually making things easier for you!

Good morning Bloomington Normal!

Itā€™s been a rough week. Heck, itā€™s been a rough morning. Yaā€™ll have been taking a beating from the weather. We hope that you have been safe.

We have some good news- our dungeon fencescape vibe is over, yay.

Fresh bread and pastries made it over this morning from Champaign. We will be open today till 2pm. So take it slow this morning. Be careful traveling around town. The Downtown Bloomington Farmersā€™ Market is starting an hour later today at 8:30am.

Good morning Bloomington Normal! Itā€™s a beautiful morning to end one of our favorite weeks- Happy National Farmers Market Week!

We are also excited to see the sun ā˜€ļø itā€™s gonna be a good weekend! K, you know the drill we have croughnuts inside, bread outside. Ignore the gates of doom surrounding the area, itā€™s for your safety and will be gone soonish šŸ¤ž Maybe next week we will dress them up in something colorful.

Good Morning Bloomington Normal!

Happy August 1st! The store is open at 7am- 2pm today and we have Central Illinois Bakehouse breads and pastries filling the shelves and tables. Itā€™s also a new croughnut drop!
We have Apple Cider and Brown Sugar Peach šŸ‘

We are dipping our pinky toe into some fall flavors- Weā€™ve been craving those apple cider croughnuts for ages!

My favorite people are at the farmers market šŸ’•

As I was scrolling through memory lane in my bread album looking for that one photo of the PBJ croughnut, I thought I would highlight a few of my favorite things.
Of course our croughnuts- last call on PBJ and Birthday cake fyi! But letā€™s not forget the rosemary olive ciabatta, Paczki, the baked on cheese goodness of an Asiago sourdough bagel, the huge cinnamon roll made with croissant dough, cheese and cherry filled danish, and the classic artisan sourdoughs- that just go with everything.
These are a few of my favorite bakehouse goodies - what keeps you coming back to the market?

Get in early for the best selection of croughnuts, bread and pastries! We also now have Kountry Fresh hydroponic lettuce in the store! Try their Summer Crisp or Romaine lettuce. šŸ„¬
