We're bringing back our giant smoked beef ribs on Sunday, June 28th, but this will be a VERY limited run.
Because we're only smoking a small batch, pre-ordering is highly recommended. Once we sell through our pre-orders, availability in-store will be extremely limited and we fully expect to sell out.

A much-deserved day away from the smokers! ⛳🍖
Colton and Trevor had the chance to participate in the Bloomington Lions Club fundraiser golf tournament today. These two put in a ton of hours behind the scenes to keep Smokestack running, so it's always nice to see them get a little time away from work while supporting a great cause in our community.
Thank you to the Bloomington Lions Club for hosting a great event, and we're glad the guys got to enjoy a beautiful day on the course!
