Grand Opening Day is officially in the books.

I am absolutely exhausted.

One chef didn't show up. Our pit guy didn't show up. Two night cooks left early. I'm pretty sure I made about 80 mistakes today... but I'd like to think I made at least 80 good decisions too.

I don't even dare look at the reviews yet. I'm sure we mixed up some orders. I know wait times stretched to about an hour. Today definitely wasn't perfect.

But here's the thing... tomorrow, we'll be 1% better.

If we can improve by just 1% every single day, I know we're going to build something special.

We made it through lunch- kinda! Lol When we raised our heads we were met with this warm and delicious box! Thank you!!!...
