🇪🇸 Taste of Bloomington… what a day.

We honestly don’t know how to thank everyone who stopped by our booth.

On Saturday we cooked over 40 pounds of rice, served hundreds of small plates, answered countless questions about Spanish food, and by the end of the night… we sold out.

Seeing so many people try paella, discover what a bocadillo is, fall in love with our Spanish tortilla, and come back for another bite reminded us why we started Segovia.

This business began with one simple idea:
Bring people together around authentic food, cooked from scratch, and share a little piece of Spain here in Bloomington.

To everyone who waited in line, shared a kind word, recommended us to a friend, or simply gave us a chance…

Some of our recent photos have been flagged by platforms as “AI generated.” We want to be transparent: the events, food, desserts, and experiences we share are absolutely real, it’s hard to believe it right?

What you see comes from real dinners, real clients, and real moments and of course real food!

Like many small creative businesses, we sometimes enhance photos for social media — adjusting lighting, colors, sharpness, and composition so the images better reflect the atmosphere and quality of the experience in person.
