New Jersey native Alex Saneski, owner and ‘gelato guy,’ cut his teeth making gelato and sorbet in NYC before opening Cremeux Ex Machina, a gelato business in the San Francisco Bay area. Alex returns to his Jersey roots to open APEM Creamery // Sorbetteria in a beautiful space in Bloomfield whose simple and minimalist style echos Alex’ s approach to gelato-making, and to life in general.
