IT'S ALMOST HERE!
We are getting a lot of good questions the past couple days so I want to touch base. We cut and wrap only. We do not add beef and will not if you try bringing it because it takes extra time. You can however have your burger de-boned and chunked to take to your favorite butcher to have the beef added. We do not make sausage or pepper sticks but Falconer Meats is the best.
Please call or text a head of time to make sure we are not full for the day. We will try to accommodate during the warmer days if we can but no promises. That being said, make sure you have a fall back just in case so you don't loose your animal.
WE DO NOT TAKE DEER SHOT IN THE ASS! So do not try sneaking it in. If it's gut shot, rinse it out because it WILL spoil your meat. If it's spoiled we will call you and tell you to come get it or it's leaving on the truck. We understand accidents happen but we will not be blamed for it. Please leave the head and hide on the body. We do know how to take care of it if you want it mounted. Yes it is an extra $10 but if I have to clean it after you drop it off naked I will charge you even more. Not only that but DEC does stop in and they said when they see that it throws a red flag. You don't want that.
When I text or call that your venison is ready, it needs to be picked up right away. If you have to leave town, have someone avaliable to help you out. Payment is due at pickup. Cash.
If you don't like the rules or want to come in arguing or tell me other places do things we don't, then please feel free to go to them.
